The goal of the Orlando office summer program is to provide each of our summer associates with the substantive knowledge, skills, and resources they need to achieve success in their legal careers.
At BakerHostetler, our well-rounded summer program is designed to provide students with the training, experience and confidence necessary to begin the journey to become great lawyers who will enjoy their colleagues and their work.

Our office’s 10-week summer program is strategically designed to provide a unique and rewarding experience for our students. From the realistic work assignments to the casual and fun social events, the Orlando program has it all.
Our summer program is a fundamental part of our office’s hiring process. Most of the firm’s new associates are hired directly through this program. We are intentional in maintaining a relatively small summer associate class as it provides us with the best chance to truly know our summer associates and the many talents they possess. The program is both rewarding and challenging and provides insight into what it is like to work as a first-year Baker associate.
When hiring each summer associate, our expectation and goal is to be ideally positioned to extend an employment offer at the conclusion of the program. We are hopeful it is the beginning of a long and successful career at BakerHostetler.
