Our curriculum is designed to help you master the skills needed to become an effective advocate and trusted adviser to our clients and remain in that role for years to come.

<p>Our curriculum is designed to help you master the skills needed to become an effective advocate and trusted adviser to our clients and remain in that role for years to come.</p>

We focus on five core areas of competency: practice-specific capabilities, professional skills, firm culture, client development and firm operations and business dynamics. Your work in developing these core competencies throughout your career will progress as you build experience, initially as a junior associate (first to third year) and later as a midlevel associate (fourth to sixth year) and a senior associate (seventh year and beyond). At each of these stages, you will attend academies we have designed to further your development as an attorney and your advancement in the firm.

The firm offers Accelerators mentoring circles with coaches for senior associates to support their career development and build peer-to-peer relationships.
