At BakerHostetler, our well-rounded summer program is designed to provide students with the training, experience and confidence necessary to begin the journey to become great lawyers who will enjoy their colleagues and their work.
Our program is designed to provide a realistic view of life as an associate at the firm, working alongside teams of partners and associates on a variety of billable and pro bono assignments across many practice areas. The summer is also filled with fun and meaningful events which are meant to give you an insight to what life here as an associate would be like.
Each summer associate will have the opportunity to rotate through various practice areas of their interest. They can expect to receive real assignments that will prepare them for what their career will be like as a Baker attorney. Our summer associates are also paired with mentors who will help guide them during their time here and provide insight on the firm, culture and clients.
