Jamie has extensive experience in artificial intelligence, having been seconded at one of the top five largest U.S. multinational technology conglomerates to advise on generative AI use in monetization strategies. She counsels a broad range of clients on legal issues related to automated technologies, including requirements and compliance with generative AI, profiling, and artificial intelligence laws and regulations across different jurisdictions.
In privacy governance, Jamie assists clients in developing privacy-focused AdTech programs in compliance with privacy laws and best practices. This involves bridging between the technical aspects of the law and the practical reality of current technologies while assessing user interfaces for risk mitigation.
