The Wellness Committee fosters a firmwide culture supporting a healthy work environment by championing the firm’s commitment to the ABA Well-Being Pledge and working to eliminate the stigma associated with mental health and substance use disorders. The firm is also an active member of One Mind at Work, an organization dedicated to assisting its members in fostering workplace environments that support the well-being of teams and individuals.
