A vital part of our inclusive culture is that our people have the ability to connect and build relationships across offices and practice groups and can celebrate the wide range of experiences and backgrounds that make up our firm.

Our Culture of Inclusion

Our Talent Engagement Forums are designed to provide space for community and support, networking, engagement, and celebration and education with respect to cultural heritage for all interested attorneys. The forums are open to all and welcome colleagues to their activities, which typically include professional and client development sessions, social functions and pro bono or community service opportunities.

Our Talent Engagement Forums work with our Talent Engagement Forums Chair, Emily Crosby, and Director of Talent Engagement, Leah Fisher, to advance the firm’s mission of cultivating talent through initiatives and programming that foster an inclusive, healthy and engaged work environment.
