Ron Stepanovic has particular experience in the acquisition and disposition of privately held companies. He also has significant experience representing real estate-related companies, including representation of real estate funds and hospitality and retail REITs.
Additionally, Ron provides ongoing day-to-day advice and counsel to the portfolio companies acquired by private equity clients, a role that requires him to serve informally as general counsel.
