Rachel Pearson helps clients navigate the highly detailed and exceedingly complex employee benefits arena as she develops her growing practice. She has experience with health and welfare plans, executive compensation plans and numerous types of retirement plans (including 401(k), 403(b), 457(b) and defined benefit plans).
Rachel sharpened her legal research and drafting skills during a judicial internship with the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia and as a student researcher at Western Kentucky University. As a member of the Editorial Board for the Duke Law Journal, she read and edited dozens of dense law articles, honing her time management skills and learning to simplify complex legal concepts.
