Jacob Steffey focuses his practice primarily on counseling private equity funds, public and private companies, investors and individuals in emerging and middle markets, domestically and internationally, with both buy- and sell-side transactions. He has broad experience in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, equity and debt financings, early-stage corporate formation and corporate governance. Jacob also has experience drafting and negotiating complex corporate and transactional documents.
