Christian Vieira maintains a broad-based employment law practice that covers every aspect of the employer/employee relationship. Christian represents employers on a range of matters involving workplace discrimination, harassment and retaliation, noncompete and non-solicitation agreements and wage and hour laws. He also guides employers through reductions in force and assists in mitigating risks after employment has been terminated.
Christian represents employers in both individual and class/collective action lawsuits. In addition, he advocates for clients before administrative agencies such as the EEOC and TWC. Having served as the General Counsel to State Representative Rafael Anchía, Christian is uniquely positioned to help employers navigate ever-changing employment laws and regulations.
