Eskenazi, a commercial litigator, is the co-leader of the Retail Industry team for the firm. He focuses on complex business and securities litigation and class action defense. Lanis leads the Los Angeles Business Group and has extensive experience in public company securities offerings, reporting, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactional needs.
