Phil Eskenazi is a trial lawyer and co-head of the firm’s Retail Industry team who focuses on complex business litigation and class action defense. He represents clients in a wide range of industries, including retail, consumer products, manufacturing and professional services. He also has extensive experience in securities litigation, as well as defending accounting firms on a broad spectrum of accountant liability issues.
Phil has served as lead counsel in more than 250 class actions involving employee or consumer claims. He also has an active trial practice, having been lead counsel in several notable trial victories, some of which have been noted in the Daily Journal and the National Law Journal.
