Counsel Jon Knight co-presented a session titled “Cyber Mitigation Case Study” at ACI’s 7th National Forum on FOCI in Washington, D.C. Attendees learned about the complexities of an acquisition as it pertains to cybersecurity, including how to vet policy prior to acquisition, ensure the acquired company has not been breached and enable robust safeguards following the acquisition.
Taking place Sept. 30-Oct. 1, 2024, the Forum provided practical information for managing heightened national security threats for companies under FOCI (Foreign Operation, Control or Influence).
