A member of the Digital Risk Advisory and Cybersecurity team, Jon Knight focuses his practice on technology-related investigations, compliance and litigation. He is experienced in guiding clients through cybersecurity incident response, data breach litigation and regulatory enforcement actions. Jon also advises clients on cybersecurity, AI and privacy governance and transactional issues and conducts pre- and post-acquisition due diligence on privacy and cybersecurity issues.
Clients value Jon’s ability to work with and translate complex technical information for different audiences, such as judges, juries, regulators and senior executives. They also appreciate how he understands the business pressures companies face when addressing global compliance, cybersecurity incident management and data strategy.
Prior to joining BakerHostetler, Jon was senior corporate counsel at a global SaaS company, where he managed and matured the cyber and privacy legal component.
