Partner Amy Ralph Mudge will serve as co-chair and moderate a session titled “Q&A With the FTC and the NAD” at the 8th Annual Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Forum on Advertising Claims Substantiation. The Q&A session will cover the latest priorities, initiatives and investigations being undertaken by the Federal Trade Commission and the National Advertising Division. As co-chair, Ralph Mudge will also deliver opening remarks for both days of the conference, which runs Feb. 6-7, 2025, in New York, New York.
