Pursuant to the Court’s December 20, 2024 Order, as of March 19, 2025, the Receiver has issued Determinations on all submitted Claims. Claimants should log in to the Claims Portal to review the Determinations. Should any claimant wish to file an Objection to their Determination, the deadline to do so is Monday May 5, 2025 at 11:59 P.M. ET. The process for filing an Objection is described in the Determination Letter.
