Trevor Stanley represents clients in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Focusing his practice in the areas of litigation and political law, Trevor provides legal guidance to some of the largest political action committees in the U.S. He also advises presidential candidates, members of Congress and other individuals and organizations in the political arena on campaign finance, “pay-to-play,” ethics and lobbying regulations. Trevor also has particular experience in the state campaign finance regime.
Trevor has appeared on behalf of clients before U.S. federal district and state courts. Trevor has experience in complex civil and international litigation matters, as well as in contract award protests before the U.S. Government Accountability Office and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. In addition, he has appeared on behalf of clients before the Federal Election Commission.
