Prior to joining BakerHostetler, Travis represented multinational corporations, providing immigration program management and compliance advice, assessing foreign national employees’ eligibility for U.S. non-immigrant and immigrant visas and work authorization, and drafting employment-based visa petitions (B-1/B-2, E-2, F-1, H-1B, H-3, H-4, J-1 waiver, I-140 National Interest Waiver, L-1A, L-1B, O-1A, O-1B, O-2, P-1, P-2, P-3, P-4, Q, R-1, TN), PERM labor certification applications and applications to register permanent residence.
