Sharnell Bostick focuses on incident response and proactive cybersecurity advisement as part of the Digital Risk Advisory and Cybersecurity team within BakerHostetler’s Digital Assets and Data Management Group. Her practice includes guiding clients through all phases of incident response spanning numerous types of vulnerabilities. She also has significant experience in privacy compliance, such as advising clients on state, cross-border and international data privacy laws to include developing processes on data monitoring, collection and transfer.
Sharnell's extensive experience litigating complex business matters, counseling clients facing governmental investigations and conducting internal investigations on behalf of companies, audit committees and boards uniquely positions her to approach any strategic guidance or incident response with a holistic, bird’s-eye view.
