Shade Quailey is a dedicated and pragmatic commercial litigator addressing the complex issues clients face in domestic and foreign jurisdictions today. Her growing practice focuses on commercial litigation in state and federal courts, as well as international asset tracing and recovery matters.
Shade is adept at legal research and drafting, as well as managing the discovery process. As a former judicial law clerk at the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court, she also brings a familiarity with New York State appellate procedure. Shade’s attention to detail and ability to provide creative solutions enable her to effectively advocate on behalf of her clients.
Shade is very active within the BakerHostetler community, serving on the Associates Committee for the New York office and undertaking numerous opportunities to advance the firm’s inclusion and diversity and recruiting efforts.
