Scott Robertson focuses his practice on healthcare law, providing advice and guidance on regulatory compliance, transactional and corporate matters. He has collaborated with hospitals and other healthcare facilities to develop and draft bylaws and rules and regulations, as well as employment and professional services arrangements. Additionally, he has assisted in drafting notices of intent and disclosures to state regulators involving nonprofit acquisition and disposition matters. Further, he has worked with the Georgia Department of Community Health to assist clients in obtaining licenses to operate multiple facilities throughout the state.
Scott’s early experience as a systems analyst for healthcare facilities provides him with significant insight on the needs of and solutions for hospital and medical systems. His background enables him to develop creative strategies to attain each client’s business goals.
