Real estate developers (both for-profit and non-profit) turn to Rick Morrow for representation in the acquisition, development, financing and management of affordable housing. His vast experience allows him to navigate complex financing transactions utilizing low-income housing tax credits, HUD and FHA-insured loans and programs, tax-exempt bonds, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily loan programs and other federal, state and local government subsidies and financing sources.
In addition, Rick is skilled at arranging and negotiating property development and use agreements, management agreements, complex easements and ground leases.
A former Lawyers in Real Estate Award honoree by Connect CRE, Rick also represents traditional real estate investors and developers with the acquisition, development and disposition of commercial real estate, such as retail shopping centers, raw land, office buildings and multifamily and mixed-use developments.
