Rachael Israel is dedicated to assisting individual and corporate clients facing the challenges of civil litigation, criminal investigations and regulatory actions. Rachael excels at in-depth analysis of complex legal issues, as well as developing big-picture strategies and helps clients resolve disputes through cost-effective solutions and focused responses. With an emphasis on complex commercial litigation and white collar criminal investigations and prosecutions, she provides comprehensive counseling and litigation services to in-house counsel, business owners and individuals. Rachael also advises on risk avoidance and mitigation in connection with civil and criminal investigations, agency actions and compliance matters.
For 25 years, Rachael has defended clients in state and federal courts, at the trial and appellate levels. Rachael also served as the general counsel for a nationally renowned compounding pharmacy for nearly years, advising leadership on legal issues, employment matters, risk and compliance before the FDA and 45 state Boards of Pharmacy. She has also served on Boards of Directors for several private companies, helping to develop growth strategies and initiatives and advise management.
All of this experience allows Rachael to provide comprehensive counseling and litigation services to her clients faced with complex commercial litigation, white-collar crime and government investigations. She works closely and collaboratively with both in-house counsel and business executives to develop and implement litigation strategies, conduct investigations and defend against administrative charges in the banking, manufacturing and healthcare industries.
