With more than 20 years of experience as a compounding pharmacist and business leader in healthcare, Patrick Carpenter has a particular interest in 503A and 503B pharmacy compounding and FDA and state board of pharmacy regulatory matters. He is skilled at reducing complicated topics into understandable pieces and strives to understand clients’ needs and help them design a legal and compliant way to achieve their goals.
Patrick joined BakerHostetler from Option Care Health, where, as regional director of operations, he was responsible for six pharmacies and five nurse practitioner-led infusion sites in five Western states. He is a Doctor of Pharmacy, was an adjunct professor at Northeastern University and has given numerous clinical and legal/regulatory affairs presentations.
