Michael Neminski is an experienced litigator who provides advice from pre-filing investigation through the trial and appellate process. Michael has a diverse practice, including antitrust litigation, complex commercial litigation, corporate governance disputes and white collar and government investigations. He leverages this experience to counsel clients and develop the most effective strategy to reach client objectives.
Michael litigates cases throughout the country with a particular focus in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has particular experience with litigating corporate disputes in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Superior Court’s Complex Commercial Litigation Division and the U.S. District Court, District of Delaware. This includes litigating expedited cases seeking injunctive relief, securing dismissal of claims seeking removal of an advisor to financial trusts, and advising clients on transaction structures, based on extensive research of Delaware law, to minimize litigation risks.
Michael also counsels clients through high-profile and sensitive investigations. He has assisted clients in navigating through grand jury and congressional investigations, including the representation of a key witness in the House Impeachment Inquiry into the President of the United States and his family. He has also advised clients regarding the civil and criminal liability of antitrust laws and has conducted internal investigations of alleged corporate wrongdoing.
Michael is active in the Delaware, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia legal communities and holds a leadership role with the Litigation Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.
