Melissa Bilancini focuses her practice on privacy and digital risk class action litigation. She represents clients from the healthcare, business and financial industries in federal and state litigation arising from data breaches.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Melissa served in public policy and research positions focusing in privacy and data security, and she draws on her background to support her clients today. Having served at the state Court of Common Pleas and as an extern at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Melissa has a deep understanding of the court system and works with clients to develop practical, cost-effective litigation strategies involving complex and novel legal issues.
