Maria LaFleur represents clients in a wide range of traditional labor and employment matters, including employment discrimination cases and railroad whistleblower retaliation cases. Maria has experience with various employment law statutes, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA and FLSA. She is well-versed in the preparation for labor arbitrations and in conducting internal employment investigations on various issues, such as discrimination, harassment and retaliation – both in the U.S. and in Spanish-speaking countries. Her focus is on helping clients maintain positive relationships with their employees and guiding them through the complicated labor relations landscape.
