Logan Peppin concentrates her growing practice as a litigator on class action defense of privacy lawsuits. With a focus on defending healthcare entities against class actions in both state and federal courts, she applies a strong level of detail in matters pertaining to alleged common law and statutory privacy violations including, but not limited to, the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, California Invasion of Privacy Act, California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act, Washington Privacy Act and Washington Health Care Information Act.
Logan is a Certified Information Privacy Professional and serves as Co-Lead of the Seattle office's Women's Committee.
