Keeley Cronin focuses her practice on class action litigation defense, privacy and digital risk analysis, and complex commercial litigation, primarily in the areas of healthcare and education, as well as nationwide insurance defense. Bolstered by her experience as a federal court law clerk, Keeley is able to evaluate complex matters and devise litigation strategies that comply with state and federal privacy laws and focus on client-first outcomes.
Keeley recently defended major health care providers, among others, in large-scale data breach class actions alleging various common law and statutory claims. She has defended major insurance companies in large-scale class actions across the country.
Prior to joining BakerHostetler, Keeley worked as a law clerk in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
