Kathryn Prince is focused on ensuring clients are able to take advantage of the market opportunities afforded by emerging technologies while complying with domestic and international privacy laws.
Her practice concentrates on privacy, data protection and advertising. In addition, she continues to monitor new privacy legislation, including proposed amendments by the California Privacy Protection Agency.
Kathryn has experience with children’s and student data, including COPPA and FERPA compliance. Before joining BakerHostetler, she worked in law and policy at several technology-centric organizations, including the Electronic Frontier Foundation and Future of Privacy Forum.
