Kate has performed data review, tracking and diligence; has handled corporate filings, lien searches and other documentation; and has coordinated and consolidated specialist reviews. She has also drafted and revised diligence summaries, memoranda, purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, resolutions, ancillary agreements and other corporate records.
