Kamille Perry has a wide-ranging litigation practice encompassing commercial and business disputes, securities litigation, class actions, professional liability, real estate litigation, administrative appeals and state and federal appellate matters.
She has extensive experience researching and drafting discovery, dispositive motions and briefs and has appeared in federal and state trial courts for motion practice, discovery disputes and status conferences in connection with a variety of matters.
Kamille’s representative experience has focused on shareholder and corporate control disputes involving both large publicly held corporations and private closely held corporations; alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation; appellate litigation with a focus on First and Fourteenth Amendment claims and issues of first impression; data privacy litigation addressing state statutory protections and Meta Pixel misuse; class action defense; distressed real estate disputes; and ballot access litigation.
