Kaitlyn Toth supports her colleagues in the Litigation Group as she continues to develop her practice and build experience in the area of government contracts, including contract formation, compliance obligations, internal investigations, bid protests and advising small businesses.
Kaitlyn engaged in hands-on learning, which involved assisting with appeals before the Small Business Administration and preparing memoranda on a variety of government contracts compliance issues. A strong believer in collaboration, she develops a comprehensive understanding of regulatory guidance and administrative decisions and works with her team to provide clients with the most practical and efficient solutions.
