Jack Gilbertson has been providing legal services in the healthcare and life sciences industries for more than 25 years, with extensive experience in a broad range of areas, including those relating to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, contracting, regulatory compliance, licensing, reimbursement, due diligence and corporate investigations.

Jack’s client engagements include representing: (i) hospitals and health systems, including those organized as nonprofit, governmental, academic medical centers and for-profit companies; (ii) physician practices, medical foundations, provider networks, federally qualified health centers, rural health clinics, tribal clinics and other clinic structures; (iii) health plans and payors; (iv) ancillary service providers, including surgery centers and clinical laboratories; (v) private equity groups; and (vi) other healthcare businesses, including those providing management services organizations (“MSOs”), care management, population health and medical research.

Prior to his legal career, Jack was a certified public accountant with over a decade of experience with Big 4 accounting and consulting firms, where he provided financial, consulting, audit, reimbursement and tax services to local, regional and global healthcare and life sciences companies.
