Jeremy Anderson represents clients in a variety of areas, including corporate litigation, commercial litigation, securities litigation and patent litigation, across industries such as computer software, life sciences, consumer products and electronics.
Jeremy regularly leads and tries corporate and complex commercial cases in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the District of Delaware. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and matters involving corporate governance, appraisal and indemnification. He’s also well-versed in handling disputes related to software development, technology transfer and license agreements; restrictive covenants; trusts and estates; and misappropriation of trade secrets.
In addition, Jeremy focuses on patent, trademark, copyright and false advertising litigation and advises corporations, alternative entities, directors, management and stockholders on their rights and obligations under Delaware law.
Jeremy chairs the Corporate Counsel Section of the Delaware State Bar Association and founded the Delaware chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. He has been recognized multiple times by Delaware Super Lawyers, The Best Lawyers in America® and IAM Patent 1000.
