Jim East is a seasoned international disputes practitioner. He has extensive experience representing corporate and sovereign clients in high-stakes investor-State and commercial arbitrations in various fora, including the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and American Arbitration Association’s International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR), as well as ad hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL Rules. Jim also has represented clients in U.S. district and appellate courts.
