Hanna Elmasry is a commercial real estate attorney with extensive experience in home building, land use, zoning and environmental law. She represents publicly traded national home builders in the acquisition, development and entitlement of raw land and platted lots in Florida and Georgia. Her work includes drafting and negotiating complex purchase and sale agreements, reviewing survey and title matters, negotiating easements and restrictive covenants, handling closings and assisting with the platting process post-closing.
Hanna also advises a diverse range of clients—including local developers, major hospitality companies, professional sports teams and nonprofit organizations—on land use and entitlement issues related to the acquisition and redevelopment of real property. She navigates city and county regulatory frameworks, secures approvals and ensures compliance with local, state, and federal land use laws.
