David Fertig focuses his practice on high-stakes commercial litigation across a wide range of industries, including media and entertainment, pharmaceutical, private equity, financial services, retail, infrastructure and information technology. He represents clients in state and federal courts throughout the country, in addition to domestic and international arbitrations.
David provides advice and counsel in matters that include contracts, intellectual property, fraud and other business torts, antitrust law, labor and employment law, bankruptcy and restructuring, real estate and insurance. He also advises corporate clients and their senior executives on corporate governance issues and risk avoidance/mitigation, especially in the areas of investments, acquisitions and divestitures. David studies each client's business and their ultimate objectives in order to assist them in developing the appropriate strategic plan to attain those goals.
