A commercial litigator with three decades of experience, Dan is a trusted counselor and strategic advisor to clients. He maintains a nationwide litigation practice that cuts across varied industries and subject matters, and involves all facets of litigation from pre-litigation counseling to appellate review. He has successfully led litigation teams in high-stakes matters and tried cases to verdict in state and federal courts and in domestic and international arbitrations. He has argued several appeals, including in the New York Court of Appeals, the state’s highest court. Dan is also a certified Part 36 New York State Supreme Court Receiver.
Dan balances legal and strategic considerations while partnering with clients to manage risk, meet challenges and achieve business goals. Dan was elected to serve on the governing body of Colts Neck, NJ (Township Committee, 2025-2027 term), and is the author of a forthcoming legal thriller, The Manipulator (Severn River Pub. 2025).
