She has aided in developing hospital compliance programs, advised clients on corporate practice of medicine issues and counseled clients on complex transactional matters. Claire has also engaged in extensive Medicare and Medicaid recovery audit work.
Claire is an active member of professional organizations such as the American Health Lawyers Association and the Atlanta Bar Association. Her legal journey includes past roles as a Summer Associate at BakerHostetler in 2020, where she gained practical experience. She has also served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia State University College of Law and been associated with organizations like Voices for Georgia's Children and Morehouse College of Medicine as a Legal Researcher.
Claire earned her J.D., magna cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law, where she received CALI Awards in Genetics and the Law and Public Health Law. She earned her B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2015.
