Ashley Saferight’s broad commercial litigation practice allows her to help clients in numerous industries and be involved in all aspects of litigation, including preparing and responding to pleadings, fact investigation and witness interviews, discovery, developing defense strategies, motion briefing, oral argument, working with expert witnesses, taking and defending depositions (fact, expert and corporate witnesses), mediation, arbitration and trial.
Prior to joining BakerHostetler, Ashley represented clients in complex civil litigation, with significant experience in healthcare litigation, including medical malpractice, medical device and pharmaceutical litigation, as well as business litigation, product liability and managing fleet and premises personal injury cases across the country as national counsel for multiple companies. Clients appreciate her ability to understand, organize and communicate complicated information, as well as her strong interpersonal skills.
