Brad Pensyl is a seasoned litigator and first chair trial lawyer who has led a broad range of commercial cases, including matters involving contractual disputes, fiduciary duty claims, fraud allegations, shareholder disputes, M&A litigations, bankruptcy cases and employment disputes. He regularly represents private equity and investment firms, real estate investment funds, energy and utility companies, multinational corporations and individual officers and directors in state and federal court actions, as well as in domestic and international arbitration proceedings. Brad also has extensive experience managing cross-border disputes that involve multiple jurisdictions.

Brad's practice spans a wide array of industries and subject matter areas, including disputes in the private capital, energy and infrastructure, real estate finance, telecommunications and life sciences sectors. Brad has served as lead counsel in state and federal courts throughout the U.S., and as appellate counsel in cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Sixth Circuits and the New York Court of Appeals. He has also represented clients in numerous arbitrations before JAMS, the American Arbitration Association and the ICC.
