Anthony Callaghan focuses his practice on corporate and commercial disputes, banking litigation, class action securities litigation and contract disputes. He has served as lead counsel on a variety of matters, including international fraud and conspiracy allegations, banking and credit disputes, malpractice, senior corporate executive contract negotiations and corporate dissolution proceedings.
Anthony has also taken the lead on other actions, including auditor malpractice, emergent injunctive relief relating to employment restrictive covenants, securities class actions and derivative claims, contract disputes, complex commercial disputes, municipal bond disputes and litigation involving international trade and consultation agreements.
