With a background that includes mergers and acquisitions, tax, contracts, compliance, labor and intellectual property, Ann offers clients well-rounded counsel and advice across a variety of industries that include manufacturing, real estate, energy, mining and startup companies.
In addition to private practice, Ann has served as the president and general counsel of a privately held company, and as deputy general counsel, acting general counsel and chief compliance officer of a large publicly held corporation that she led through bankruptcy and a $1.3 billion acquisition. She has experience drafting and negotiating contracts, company policies, labor and employment agreements, merger and acquisition documents, private placement offerings and intellectual property rights.
