Alexa D’Angelo is a dedicated and well-rounded litigator on matters related to complex commercial litigation. She is experienced in litigation in both state and federal courts and her experience as a judicial clerk allows her to provide sound advice on navigating the court system. Alexa brings a thoughtful and practical perspective to addressing each client’s individual needs.
Alexa is currently a member of the BakerHostetler team serving as court-appointed counsel to the Securities Investor Protection Act (SIPA) Trustee for the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC (BLMIS), an experience that will further enhance her knowledge of all aspects of litigation and trial preparation.
Alexa is active within the BakerHostetler community by serving on the Mentor Committee for the New York office.
