Aidan Slavin’s litigation practice includes complex commercial cases, products liability and personal injury defense, with a particular focus on oil and gas and energy disputes. Aidan also has a regulatory practice representing exploration and production companies before government agencies and on appeal to federal court. As a member of BakerHostetler’s Energy and Products Liability teams, Aidan practices in state court, federal court and before administrative agencies.
Aidan manages a defense docket of over 25 cases for a number of energy and manufacturing clients, and is primarily responsible as the client point of contact and for supervision of team work product. Aidan also serves as a primary motion drafter for the majority of his cases, several of which have resulted in successful dispositive judgments for the client. Aidan has also represented commercial clients in two jury trials that resulted in favorable verdicts for the client. He is a proud native of El Paso, Texas, and attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and the University of Texas School of Law in Austin.
