Adam Higgins began his career on Capitol Hill, including legislative work covering a variety of topics. Since then, he has spent more than a decade advising companies and advocating for their policy goals. Although he has worked with organizations in a variety of industries, his focus is in healthcare and the life sciences, as he has advised companies ranging from clinical-stage biotech startups to Fortune 500 corporations.
Upon leaving Capitol Hill, Adam joined at the founding of Ferguson Strategies, a Washington, D.C.-based government affairs and public policy consulting firm, where he worked for several years before joining BakerHostetler’s Federal Policy Team.
Adam is a proud alumnus of the University of Notre Dame.
