Partners Winston Kirton and Lee Rosebush attended this year’s Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI) conference, along with Counsel Francis Palumbo. The conference took place May 17-18, 2023, in Washington, D.C.
Kirton was on the conference planning committee and will help plan next year’s FDLI conference, which marks the organization’s 75th anniversary. On May 17, Kirton moderated a panel titled “Due Diligence: Ensuring Regulatory Control and Compliance Pre/Post-Acquisition.”
Also on May 17, Palumbo was presented with the FDLI Distinguished Service and Leadership Award in recognition of the notable contributions he has made to the food and drug law community through his leadership.
