Associate Adama Wiltshire will take part in a panel discussion titled “Communication or Coercion: Employer Free Speech and the Right to Organize” at the 17th Annual Labor & Employment Law Conference.
Her Nov. 10 panel will address developments in the law pertaining to employer communication during organizing activity in the workplace and the potential for reversals of historic National Labor Relations Board decisions.
The conference runs Nov. 8-11 in Seattle.
