Partner William Bergmann was nominated by the Board of Governors of the Court of Federal Claims Bar Association to be its Treasurer; on December 14, 2023. He was subsequently elected to the position by members of the Association. Bergmann was also asked by the Chief Judge to retain his position as a member of the Court of Federal Claims Advisory Council’s Intellectual Property Committee.
The Advisory Council consists of a small number of judges, Department of Justice attorneys and private practitioners who work to improve the administration of justice.
